Use of Platform

• Not to misuse our services for fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized purposes

• Not to attempt to disrupt our infrastructure or reverse-engineer our technology

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations without notice.

You understand and accept that:

• No AI system can guarantee returns

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions

  Intellectual Property

All content, branding, algorithms, and systems used on this platform are the property of Fintrix. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute them without permission.

  Modifications and Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.

  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fintrix will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our platform.

  Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

For users residing in the United States, any disputes or claims arising from these Terms or your use of Fintrix shall be exclusively resolved in the state or federal courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma. You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to inconvenient forum.

For international users, if a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place virtually or in Oklahoma, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
